Cocktail recipe- Peach Season

Peach season is in full swing here in Nova Scotia, and that can only mean one thing-a great cocktail!! 

​For me, nothing goes together quite like peaches and vanilla. I’d love to experiment with a pie spice simple syrup to go with this recipe, so watch out for a second version! 

Peach Season​

​Ingredients​

1 ripe peach​

1.5oz Vanilla Vodka (I used Still Fired Distilleries)​

0.5oz triple sec​

0.5oz each of simple syrup and lime juice​

3 dashes peach bitters (I used Dillons Distillers)​

​Method​

Muddle the peach and simple syrup in your cocktail shaker. Add the vodka, triple sec, lime juice and bitters. Fill your shaker with ice and shake until your hands are good and cold! Double strain and serve. ​
