It all started with...

A passing fancy with wine and food. I attended college for Winery and Viticulture Technologies, and I fell for the hospitality industry. I left for a brief hiatus to help run my parents riding school. We moved East in 2017 to a tiny town in Nova Scotia, I landed a job tending bar at our local pub, and fell hard for the spirits and beer side of alcoholic drinks! I met The Clever Barkeep at an event in Lunenburg that same year and they pushed me over the edge of the rabbit hole that is the cocktail world (it wasn't much of a push to be honest).

Right now, I'm working on my International Sommelier Guild Advanced Wine Certificate, with plans to complete my Masters. As well as making cocktails in my kitchen and drinking beers on the dock.  Join me as I explore wines, beers, spirits and cocktails from around the world and right here in my own backyard!
