Liquid Gingerbread Man-Cocktail Recipe
Last year I was asked to create a signature cocktail for a Christmas party. The Liquid Gingerbread Man was the final recipe from that party.
Liquid Gingerbread Man
1oz Vanilla Vodka (I used Still Fired)
1oz Night Owl Coffee Moonshine
2oz Egg Nog
0.5oz Molasses Ginger Syrup
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker tin. Fill with ice and shake until the tin is frosty! Strain into a martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a mini gingerbread man.
For the molasses ginger syrup, in a sauce pan combine 1 cup of water, 0.5 cup of white sugar, 0.5 cup of molasses and 1 tablespoon of ginger. Bring to a mild boil and then allow to cool. It will keep for 4-6 weeks sealed in the fridge.
